The Center’s patient navigator/concierge team:
• Provides help with transportation, lodging, and food in the area.
• Connects you with support groups, classes and other programs.
From video games for teens to hands on toys for younger kids, the playroom is a welcoming space for children to spend time while they’re here.
At the Proton Center, our certified child life specialist helps provide emotional support for children before, during and after treatment with the goal of reducing stress and helping with coping and resiliency.
Patient services staff can connect you with many services related to your treatment at the Proton Center. These include: emotional support resources, housing resources, financial aid programs, and transportation, among others. We encourage you to talk with us about other needs you may have before, during and after treatment at the Center.
The spacious lobby has a fireplace, a beverage bar and comfortable seating for you and your caregiver to wait for your appointments.
The Beverage Bar is stocked with hot and cold drinks for you and your caregiver to enjoy.
Our large, comfortable lobby provides ample space to wait before your appointment. At the Proton Center, our patients' health and safety are our top priorities. We have thorough safety measures in place such as universal masking, social distancing, and mandatory staff screening to protect you, your caregivers and our staff.
