Childhood Cancers

Dr. Ermoian is board-certified in radiation oncology and also completed a residency program in pediatrics. He is an Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Washington, with expertise in proton therapy.

Dr. Ermoian specializes in treating pediatric patients with all types of tumors. In addition, his practice includes adult patients with brain tumors and lymphoma, as well as patients undergoing palliative treatments and preparation for stem cell transplants.

Dr. Ermoian received his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine, did his internship at Children’s Hospital Boston, and completed hisresidency in pediatrics at UCSF as well. He completed his residency in radiation oncology at the University of Washington

Dr. Ermoian’s research involves a number of studies examining the outcomes of pediatric patients treated with radiation therapy, safety in radiation oncology, and medical education.
