Meet Our Dedicated Doctors.

The radiation oncologists who provide clinical care at the Center are all faculty of the University of Washington Department of Radiation Oncology. They will plan your course of therapy, manage your clinical care and conduct weekly check-ups to ensure that the treatment is on track. At the end of your treatment, they will also provide you and your physician with a concise treatment summary.

Having trained at some of the best cancer centers in the country, including UW Medicine, Harvard, MD Anderson, University of Pennsylvania, Stanford, Georgetown and Johns Hopkins, the radiation oncologists at the UW Department of Radiation Oncology are leaders in the field and are known for clinical excellence as well as research in cancer care.

With specializations in brain, head and neck, breast, lung, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, prostate and pediatric cancers, our physicians have the expertise to provide the highest level of medical care to patients.

Dr. Zeng is the Medical Director at SCCA Proton Therapy Center, and a board-certified radiation oncologist who leads the prostate cancer program at the Center. She also specializes in treating lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies and has helped build the thoracic radiation oncology program at UW Medicine. Dr. Zeng is an Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Washington and helps develop clinical and research initiatives exploring the application of proton therapy in cancer therapy.

He is an Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology and serves as the Clinical Research Director in Radiation Oncology as well as the Associate Residency Program Director and Proton Fellowship Director at the University of Washington.

She serves as an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Washington. Her diverse research includes how physicians estimate patient prognosis and its effects on treatment decisions, and how tumor biological subtypes affect patient outcomes and the response to local therapy. She’s interested in systematically evaluating how proton radiotherapy can be used to optimize patient care.
